2025 Goals!

Last week I talked about reviewing your year in preparation for your new year. This week I want to talk about setting goals.
If you have known me for any length of time you know I am a big goal setter. I believe in imagining what could be and putting in the work to get there. I had a few goals this year that were really important to me. I reached most of them and I am super excited to go in to the New Year with the momentum I have gained by accomplishing them.
I know not everyone is as aggressive with goal setting as I am but I do believe you can set even small goals that will greatly improve your overall well-being.
Commit to 3 days a week of 10mins of mobility in the morning or evening.
Walk 3 times a week for at least a mile.
Watch 1 hour less of TV/streaming a day/week.
Read 12 books for the year.
Workout 3 times a week.
Lose 10lbs
Eat a healthy breakfast every day.
These may seem small but imagine if you committed to any one of the above. I can promise you would feel better then you do now. Sometimes the goal doesn’t have to be immense to gain a ton of reward.
